Return & Refund Policy
Return Window Returns and refunds accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Eligible Items The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Manufacturer defects are not covered. Shipping damage will be assessed by Canada Post on a case-by-case basis:
- All pre-owned and second-hand items
- Collectibles, blind box figures, and designer toys
- All sale and promotional items
- Custom handmade-to-order items
Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Return Eligibility (General Items)
- Items that are unopened and in original packaging: eligible for full refund.
- Items that have been opened (whether used or not): not eligible for full refund. Partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
- For handmade items with actual quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Color Disclaimer: Due to differences in screen settings and lighting, actual product colors may vary slightly from photos. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange
- If the wrong item was sent due to our error (e.g. wrong color), an exchange will be arranged and return/reshipment shipping is covered by us.
- Exchanges due to buyer error (e.g. ordered wrong item) are not accepted.
Order Cancellation Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order, and only if the order has not yet been fulfilled. After 1 hour, or once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately at island.build.service@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
Partial Returns & Refunds
- If your order contains multiple items, you may request a partial return for eligible items only.
- Partial refunds will be calculated based on the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, regardless of the item's return eligibility. Once a package is handed to Canada Post, it is under the carrier's responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you by contacting Canada Post on your behalf to file a damage claim. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the damaged item so we can initiate the process.
Return Shipping Return shipping arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us first to discuss the best solution. Please contact us for the return shipping address.
Refund Method & Timeline Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

退貨與退款政策
退貨期限 收到商品後 7 天內接受退貨及退款申請。
不適用退貨的商品 以下商品屬最終銷售(Final Sale),不接受退貨或換貨。製造商瑕疵不在保障範圍內。運送損壞將由 Canada Post 視個案情況處理:
- 所有二手商品
- 收藏品、盲盒公仔及設計師手辦
- 所有特價及促銷商品
- 客製化手工訂製商品

退貨資格(一般商品)
- 未開封且保有原包裝的商品:可申請全額退款。
- 已開封的商品(無論是否使用):不接受全額退款,部分退款視情況酌情處理。
- 手工訂製商品如有實際品質問題,請於收貨後 7 天內附照片聯繫我們。
- 色差聲明:因螢幕設定及拍攝光線不同,實際商品顏色可能與照片略有差異,此不視為瑕疵,不接受以此為由的退換貨申請。
換貨
- 若因本店失誤寄出錯誤商品(如顏色錯誤),將安排換貨,來回運費由本店承擔。
- 因買家失誤(如訂錯商品)所申請的換貨,恕不受理。
取消訂單 取消申請須於下單後 1 小時內提出,且訂單尚未處理出貨。超過 1 小時或訂單已開始處理後,將無法取消。如需取消,請立即聯繫我們:island.build.service@gmail.com。
部分退貨與退款
- 若訂單包含多件商品,僅可針對符合資格的商品申請部分退貨。
- 部分退款將依退回商品計算,原始運費不予退還。
運送損壞 商品交予 Canada Post 後,運送過程中發生的任何損壞均由物流方負責,本店不承擔賠償責任,無論商品是否符合退貨資格。但我們會盡力協助您,代為聯繫 Canada Post 提出損壞索賠申請。如收到損壞商品,請於收貨後 24 小時內附上包裝及損壞商品的照片聯繫我們,以便盡快啟動申請流程。
退貨運費 退貨運費安排視個案情況而定,請先聯繫我們討論最佳解決方案。退貨地址請聯繫我們索取。
退款方式與時間 退款將於收到並檢查退回商品後 5–10 個工作天內退回原付款方式。
