Shipping Policy
Shipping Destination We currently ship within Canada only. We ship to all provinces and territories, including remote areas (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories). Shipping rates for remote areas are calculated based on Canada Post's actual rates and may be higher than standard rates.
Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your package and will be displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
- Regular & sale items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (on days Canada Post is open).
- Custom handmade items: Processing time varies depending on the order. Estimated timeframe will be 3–5 business days or 5–7 business days and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery Time Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated by Canada Post after shipment. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Damage We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, regardless of the item's return eligibility. Once a package is handed to Canada Post, it is under the carrier's responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you by contacting Canada Post on your behalf to file a damage claim. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the damaged item so we can initiate the process.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at island.build.service@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once a package is handed to Canada Post, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

- 手工訂製商品:處理時間視訂單情況而定,預計為 3–5 個工作天或 5–7 個工作天,具體時間將於下單時告知。
配送時間 配送時間依目的地而異,由 Canada Post 於出貨後估算。配送時間不作保證,可能受天氣、假日或其他不可控因素影響。
出貨通知 訂單寄出後,您將收到含追蹤號碼的出貨確認電郵。
物流損壞 商品交予 Canada Post 後,運送過程中發生的任何損壞均由物流方負責,本店不承擔賠償責任,無論商品是否符合退貨資格。但我們會盡力協助您,代為聯繫 Canada Post 提出損壞索賠申請。如收到損壞商品,請於收貨後 24 小時內附上包裝及損壞商品的照片聯繫我們,以便盡快啟動申請流程。
包裹遺失或延誤 若包裹疑似遺失或嚴重延誤,請聯繫我們:island.build.service@gmail.com,我們將盡力協助處理。請注意,包裹一旦交予 Canada Post,本店對物流方造成的延誤不負責任。
